Job Requirements
- high school diploma or related preferred
- minimum 2+ years experience in an upscale restaurant required
- minimum 1+ year experience in a fine dining environment preferred
- current TABC and Food Handler’s certification
- ability to detail and define all ingredients on the food menu and recommend menu pairings accordingly
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty pounds
- able to perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
- able to work in varying temperatures including freezers, refrigerators, and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit environments
Job Qualifications

- exhibit elevated food, wine, and beverage knowledge

Job Duties
- deliver a consistently high level of guest service
- give unobtrusive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to every guest, every time
- display a warm, personalized, and caring welcome by greeting guests upon arrival
- present menus, answer questions, and make personalized suggestions regarding food and beverage pairings
- place guest orders according to cooking and prep times to ensure seamless service
- partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guest expectations
- communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback
- respond to additional guest requirements by inquiring about needs and observing dining process
- clean and set up dining areas for the next service
- refill and restock service areas according to standards
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader
