Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math ability
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules
- Know your work schedule, arrive on time, and maintain professional appearance
- Know and understand menu and beverage options
- Communicate with Manager and Hosts regarding reservations and guest flow
- Check assigned station, configure tables, and perform opening duties
- Greet guests promptly and ensure their comfort
- Take beverage orders, prepare drinks, and deliver beverages
- Guide guests through the ordering process and suggest menu items
- Accurately take and input food orders following timing procedures
- Pick up and complete plate presentation of orders
- Serve orders and check back for guest satisfaction
- Perform pre-bussing and table maintenance during meals
- Present checks, complete payments, and report tips
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Bus, set, and re-set tables as needed
- Assist with Prime Society service and encourage membership
- Follow policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Communicate guest requests and complaints to Managers
- May work meetings, banquets, and special events
- Support team environment by assisting other team members
