Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math ability
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for payment processing
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Complete and pass required training modules
  • Know your work schedule, arrive on time, and maintain professional appearance
  • Know and understand menu and beverage options
  • Communicate with Manager and Hosts regarding reservations and guest flow
  • Check assigned station, configure tables, and perform opening duties
  • Greet guests promptly and ensure their comfort
  • Take beverage orders, prepare drinks, and deliver beverages
  • Guide guests through the ordering process and suggest menu items
  • Accurately take and input food orders following timing procedures
  • Pick up and complete plate presentation of orders
  • Serve orders and check back for guest satisfaction
  • Perform pre-bussing and table maintenance during meals
  • Present checks, complete payments, and report tips
  • Thank guests and invite them to return
  • Bus, set, and re-set tables as needed
  • Assist with Prime Society service and encourage membership
  • Follow policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Communicate guest requests and complaints to Managers
  • May work meetings, banquets, and special events
  • Support team environment by assisting other team members
