Job Requirements
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school
- 1-3 years of experience in food service, preferably fine dining or senior living
- experience with seniors or high customer service settings
- passion for serving and high service standards
- Food Handlers Certification
- ability to obtain Finger Print Clearance Card
- CPR/First Aid certification
- TB testing clearance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school
- 1-3 years of food service experience preferably in fine dining, country club, or senior living setting
- experience working with seniors or in customer-oriented environments preferred
- passion for serving others and maintaining high service levels
- Food Handlers Certification
- able to obtain Finger Print Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB testing clearance
Job Duties
- Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation and organization standards at all times
- Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards consistently
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards
- Demonstrate serving speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Set tables and maintain work stations properly
- Take orders and provide service graciously and courteously
- Answer questions regarding menu items
- Clear dishes during and after meal service
- Assist with dish washing and reset tables
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette
- Promote an inviting dining atmosphere
- Knowledge of diets provided and serve appropriately per policy
- Represent community warmly and positively
- Support a culture driving revenue and occupancy through engagement
