Job Requirements
- Background check and drug screen required
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to work morning shift from 7am to 3pm
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience
Job Qualifications
- Previous fine dining or high-end restaurant serving experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- familiarity with POS systems
- positive attitude and team player mentality
Job Duties
- Understanding and explaining all menu items to assist guests in making decisions
- serving guests food and drinks
- maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dining room
- handling cash and using a POS system
- providing lateral service to other departments as needed
