Job Duties

  • Welcomes and greets guests
  • makes all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are personally there to take care of them
  • inform guests of specials and menu changes
  • make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
  • answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
  • take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point of sale system
  • deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
  • performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required
  • maintain clean service areas
  • monitor and observe
  • assists others when necessary
  • establishes and maintains positive relationships with managerial staff, co-workers, guests, and the general public
  • works well alone or within a team
  • remains up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all Food and Beverage outlets
  • may perform duties in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food and Beverage Supervisor or above
  • must be willing and able to work nights and weekends
  • this position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description
  • duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company
