Job Duties
- Welcomes and greets guests
- makes all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are personally there to take care of them
- inform guests of specials and menu changes
- make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
- answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
- take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point of sale system
- deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
- performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required
- maintain clean service areas
- monitor and observe
- assists others when necessary
- establishes and maintains positive relationships with managerial staff, co-workers, guests, and the general public
- works well alone or within a team
- remains up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all Food and Beverage outlets
- may perform duties in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food and Beverage Supervisor or above
- must be willing and able to work nights and weekends
- this position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description
