Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fine dining environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work nights and weekends
- basic math skills for order handling

Job Duties
- Welcomes and greets guests
- makes all guests feel comfortable and personally cared for
- informs guests of specials and menu changes
- makes genuine and thoughtful recommendations
- answers questions about food, beverages, and restaurant functions
- takes food and beverage orders and enters them in the point of sale system
- delivers food and beverages promptly
- performs side work at start and end of shifts
- maintains clean service areas
- monitors and observes guest needs
- assists others when necessary
- establishes and maintains positive relationships with staff and guests
- stays informed about property events and Food and Beverage outlet operations
- performs duties across various food and beverage areas as directed
- works nights and weekends as required
