Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- one year of food handling experience
- food handlers card
- ability to obtain a Washington State Alcohol Servers Permit
- organized and able to carry out tasks at direction of supervisor
- excellent customer service experience
- able to communicate well with guests and employees
- able to work well with others, cooperative and friendly

Job Duties
- Sees to all of the needs of the dining guests by providing clearly superior customer service
- sets and resets tables and keeps surrounding area clean and presentable, including cleaning menus, replenishing salt and pepper and other table items
- provides guest services at banquet functions
- sets tables, serves food and beverages to banquet guests, cleans tables and surrounding areas and assists Food and Beverage staff as needed
- responsible for insuring the resort’s breakfast room is well stocked with food items based on the hotel occupancy level
- serves alcoholic beverages to guests
