Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Efficiently manage and service assigned station ensuring timely and attentive guest service
  • Accurately record all guest orders and communicate clearly to kitchen verbally and via computerized register
  • Present menu items current specials and promotions enthusiastically and knowledgeably
  • Accurately prepare and issue guest checks ensuring all items ordered and served are accounted for
  • Collect and accurately process guest payments notifying guests of any automatic gratuities as applicable
  • Maintain balanced sales receipts and promptly report any discrepancies
  • Perform calmly and professionally under pressure managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Communicate clearly patiently and courteously with guests and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Uphold all restaurant service standards and operating procedures to maintain consistent quality
