Job Duties
- Efficiently manage and service assigned station ensuring timely and attentive guest service
- Accurately record all guest orders and communicate clearly to kitchen verbally and via computerized register
- Present menu items current specials and promotions enthusiastically and knowledgeably
- Accurately prepare and issue guest checks ensuring all items ordered and served are accounted for
- Collect and accurately process guest payments notifying guests of any automatic gratuities as applicable
- Maintain balanced sales receipts and promptly report any discrepancies
- Perform calmly and professionally under pressure managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communicate clearly patiently and courteously with guests and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold all restaurant service standards and operating procedures to maintain consistent quality
