Job Duties

  • Responsible for orchestrating the food and beverage service for a station of tables and being the face of the establishment
  • Ability to develop rapport with guests and offer a warm, efficient, and thoughtful service
  • Must possess a commanding knowledge and passion about food, wine, spirits, and service in general
  • Ability to execute the restaurant's vision and philosophy
  • Ability to improvise and make impromptu decisions in accordance with the cycle of service and the restaurant's policies and standards
