Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional service orientation and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years previous experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
- Knowledge of ENCORE, preferred

- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in fine dining settings
- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Uphold high standards of presentation and service etiquette
- Collaborate effectively with team members and kitchen staff
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
