Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional service orientation and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years previous experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
- Knowledge of ENCORE preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Must be a team player
- Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ENCORE software preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exceptional service orientation and professional presentation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and courteous service to members and guests
- Manage multiple tables and ensure timely order taking and delivery
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate seamless service
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and specials
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas
- Handle member requests and resolve any service issues promptly
- Uphold all club policies including cleanliness and presentation standards
