Job Requirements
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to use hands and arms effectively

- Previous serving experience preferred

Job Duties
- Responsible for orchestrating the food and beverage service for a station of tables and being the face of the establishment
- Ability to develop rapport with guests and offer a warm, efficient, and thoughtful service
- Must possess a commanding knowledge and passion about food, wine, spirits, and service in general
- Ability to execute the restaurant's vision and philosophy
- Ability to improvise and make impromptu decisions in accordance with the cycle of service and the restaurant's policies and standards
