Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional service orientation and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years previous experience in a upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
- Knowledge of ENCORE, preferred

- Familiarity with ENCORE point-of-sale system preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and courteous service to members and guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance member satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally
- Adhere to club policies and health and safety regulations
