Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional service orientation and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years previous experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
- Knowledge of ENCORE preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests
- Assist with menu presentation and answer questions about menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle member requests and resolve any service issues promptly
- Process payments accurately using ENCORE software
- Uphold all health and safety standards in the dining areas
