Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional service orientation and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years previous experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
- Knowledge of ENCORE preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ENCORE point-of-sale system preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong service orientation and presentation
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Set up and break down dining tables and stations
- Adhere to all club policies and procedures
