Job Qualifications

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Orchestrate food and beverage service for a station of tables
- Be the face of the establishment interacting with guests
- Develop rapport with guests and offer warm, efficient, and thoughtful service
- Possess a commanding knowledge and passion about food, wine, spirits, and service
- Execute the restaurant's vision and philosophy
- Improvise and make impromptu decisions according to service cycle and restaurant policies
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality
