Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Exceptional service orientation and presentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 1-2 years previous experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
  • Knowledge of ENCORE preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in fine dining, upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
  • Knowledge of ENCORE software preferred
  • Excellent presentation and service orientation

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional service to members and guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables with attention to detail and presentation
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients to make recommendations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Set up and clear dining areas to maintain cleanliness and readiness
