Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional service orientation and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years previous experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
- Knowledge of ENCORE preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fine dining, upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
- Knowledge of ENCORE software preferred
- Excellent presentation and service orientation
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests in a timely and professional manner
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and beverages to tables with attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients to make recommendations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Set up and clear dining areas to maintain cleanliness and readiness
