Job Requirements

  • Food handler certification preferred
  • liquor license preferred
  • previous experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant settings preferred
  • knowledge of culinary practices and wine preferred
  • experience using Aloha POS systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant settings preferred
  • strong knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation and presentation, and wine knowledge
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to handle food safely including proper food handling techniques
  • familiarity with restaurant operations including kitchen procedures and guest services
  • proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
  • present menus and make recommendations
  • take accurate food and drink orders
  • serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously
  • ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing issues promptly
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • handle payments and operate Aloha POS/cash register efficiently
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment
