Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of fine dining food serving experience
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to undergo background checks including credit, criminal, and drug screenings
- Compliance with appearance guidelines including natural hair color and limited piercings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment
- Commitment to uphold Gaming Commission regulations and company policies
- Native American preference applies
Job Qualifications
- Open availability is preferred
- Fine dining food serving experience is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required with a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of high volume service, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals
- Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
Job Duties
- Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant
- Greets guest in restaurant in a positive manner
- Promotes positive guest/employee relations
- Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures
- Other assignments as directed
- Tip allocation is generated from a tip pool
