Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in fine dining or upscale-casual service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evening shifts including weekends
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- Professional and polished appearance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Food and beverage knowledge preferred

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in high-volume fine dining or upscale-casual environment
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak service
- Knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and wine pairing preferred
- Availability for dinner service including weekends
Job Duties
- Maintain a deep understanding of menu ingredients and Lebanese culinary traditions
- Confidently recommend wine pairings and describe craft cocktails and Mediterranean spirits
- Execute seamless technical service including course timing and table maintenance
- Anticipate guest needs to ensure a warm and personalized dining experience
- Collaborate harmoniously with kitchen and support staff to ensure impeccable timing and presentation
- Uphold professional and polished communication with guests and team members
- Manage high-volume service efficiently during peak dinner hours
