Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage labor productivity and scheduling
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience with inventory control and POS systems
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership experience in fine dining or hospitality
  • Expert knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Proficient with menu items and beverage presentation
  • Experience with kitchen equipment and POS systems
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to stay organized and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Owns and oversees daily restaurant operations including labor productivity and scheduling
  • Manages inventory control and guest service standards
  • Executes marketing strategies to enhance profitability
  • Implements policies, procedures, pricing initiatives, and training programs for restaurant staff
  • Maintains high standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • Manages human resources functions including hiring, training, coaching, and succession planning
  • Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and address complaints
  • Collaborates with Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure seamless service
  • Manages guest feedback channels
  • Maintains knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items, and equipment
