Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in senior management within fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • proficiency in financial management including budgeting and cost control
  • excellent communication skills
  • proven ability to deliver luxury service standards
  • knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • capacity to develop and implement operational procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in a senior management role in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire large teams
  • strong financial acumen including proficiency in P&L management and budgeting
  • expert understanding of fine dining service standards focused on luxury guest experiences
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proven track record in marketing strategies, partnerships, and events
  • collaborative mindset for working with Executive Chef and stakeholders

Job Duties

  • Leading the front-of-house operations with an unwavering commitment to exceptional hospitality
  • developing and executing standard operating procedures for all restaurant operations
  • training, mentoring, and developing a high-performance team
  • collaborating closely with the Executive Chef to align culinary and service standards
  • driving financial performance including P&L management and cost control
  • implementing systems to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • ensuring compliance with food safety and hospitality regulations
  • building relationships with vendors and community partners
  • fostering continuous improvement across all facets of the guest experience
