Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- Previous experience in a similar role in fine dining or upscale restaurants is preferred but not always required
- Food service experience preferred
- Customer service experience and/or training preferred
- A valid WA State Food Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required
- A valid WA State Class 12 Alcohol Permit or Class 13 Permit required

Job Duties
- Exemplifies MCR's values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism
- Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
- Assemble food order at the expeditor station or assist Chef/Sous Chef with assembling food orders, ensure orders are prepared according to the description on the servers' ticket
- Prompt delivery of food from kitchen to guest in a professional manner and in accordance with service standards
- Assist food servers and bussers by clearing used dishes and refilling beverages
- Perform side-work, and any other opening or closing duties as required
- Alert management of any service and/or safety issues
- Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Communicate any additional requests from guests to the food server immediately
- Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment
- promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel
- Other duties as assigned
