Job Requirements
- ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- previous experience in a similar role in fine dining or upscale restaurants is preferred but not always required
- food service experience preferred
- customer service experience and/or training preferred
- a valid WA State Food Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required
- a valid WA State Class 12 Alcohol Permit or Class 13 Permit (required)

Job Duties
- exemplifies MCR's values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism
- practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
- assemble food order at the expeditor station or assist Chef/Sous Chef with assembling food orders, ensure orders are prepared according to the description on the servers' ticket
- prompt delivery of food from kitchen to guest in a professional manner and in accordance with service standards
- assist food servers and bussers by clearing used dishes and refilling beverages
- perform side-work, and any other opening or closing duties as required
- ensures that wait staff stations and expediting areas are clean and maintained throughout shift
- alert management of any service and/or safety issues
- make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines to ensure total guest satisfaction
- communicate any additional requests from guests to the food server immediately
- create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment
- promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel
- other duties as assigned
