Job Requirements

  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills in English
  • Warm, guest-focused approach and an ability to anticipate needs with discretion and grace
  • Knowledge of fine dining table settings, service styles, and etiquette
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and maneuver through a busy dining room with elegance and efficiency
  • Capacity to push service carts weighing up to 150 lbs
  • Well-groomed appearance and impeccable hygiene, consistent with luxury hospitality standards
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred
  • Food Handlers and TABC certification is required
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Discreetly and efficiently clear used tableware and reset tables in accordance with fine dining presentation standards
  • Maintain all service stations with fully stocked and impeccably arranged items including silverware, linens, glassware, and condiments
  • Greet guests with warmth and poise
  • Offer and replenish bread service, butter, and beverages
  • Safely and promptly transport soiled serviceware and glassware to the stewarding area
  • Exhibit a proactive, cooperative spirit by assisting colleagues and supporting all aspects of the dining service operation
  • Perform additional duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
