Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Open availability for flexible scheduling
  • Prior cooking experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to established recipes and standards
  • Manage Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) processes
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen and work areas
  • Follow policies under direction of Lead Cook, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely meal service
