Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferably in private or country clubs
- ability to work Thursday through Saturday
- strong attention to detail
- ability to memorize menu and wine lists
- pass a background check
- positive and professional attitude

Job Duties
- Greeting and acknowledging members and their guests
- learning and memorizing the menus and wine lists
- knowledge of the dinner menu and ability to time the service of each course
- learning and recalling members' names and their preferences
