Job Requirements

  • Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses sponsored by Fidelity
  • Ability to work from home and in Investor Centers during training
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience
  • No finance background or college degree required
  • Availability to work hybrid schedule with on-site presence
  • Compliance with Securities Exchange Act and related regulations
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced client-facing environments

Job Duties

  • Answer inbound customer calls related to account balances, withdrawals, fund transfers, and trade placements
  • Support customers from home and in Investor Centers during onboarding and beyond
  • Study and obtain FINRA licenses, including SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66
  • Develop advanced financial planning and wealth management skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service with attention to detail and professionalism
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and networking activities
  • Transition to full-time Investor Center work after completion of licensing and onboarding
