Job Requirements

- one to three years of similar or related experience preferred
- previous credit union or financial industry experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle multiple inquiries
- professional attitude
- proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications required

- experience as customer service representative, office assistant, front desk representative or office coordinator
- previous credit union or financial experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Perform front desk, receptionist and administrative support duties for the Financial Services Department
- direct and answer general lending (Consumer and Real estate) questions and member account inquiries in person, by telephone, and via fax
- provide exceptional member service as the first point of contact
- assist in scheduling appointments and managing department communications
- maintain accurate records and documentation
- support team members with various clerical tasks
- escalate complex inquiries to appropriate personnel as needed
