The North Tarrant Express (NTE), NTE 35W, and LBJ Express represent some of the most significant transportation infrastructure projects in Texas, managed under innovative public-private partnership (P3) models led by the Cintra consortium. NTE was the first design-build-finance-operate-maintain managed lanes project in Texas, focusing on the reconstruction and expansion of the I-820/SH-183 corridor between Dallas and Fort Worth. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field
- 7 to 10 plus years of experience in accounting or finance focused on quantitative analysis
- Knowledge of corporate financial accounting
- Ability to manage tasks and deadlines independently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SAP accounting software is preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate with the different department managers and review the elaboration of the Monthly Report to be submitted to management of the company and the Board of Directors
- Analyze deviations between actuals and budget to assist the Finance Director in preparing monthly reports and budget monitoring
- Conduct periodic meetings with managers to analyze the variances of the actuals vs budget and to understand the business operations
- Coordinate and review the preparation of the budget, forecasts, and other projections
- Elaborate reports and presentation to be delivered to the management of the company and its shareholders
- Coordinate and review the preparation of quarterly presentations for the CEO and Finance Director to Committees and Board of Directors
- Build analysis reports of information from the Accounting System (SAP) and send to the Finance Director for review
- Ensure that the company is in full compliance with the Comprehensive Development Agreement (CDA) and the financing documents
- Coordinate and review the various reports in a timely manner in order to meet the requirements
- Assist Controller to design and distribute reporting packages, coordination of submissions, consolidation of submissions and performance of sensitivity analysis
- Keep and maintain the reporting calendar under the project agreements, lender’s agreements and shareholder’s reporting requirements
- Help prepare financial information to the different Stakeholders
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
