Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work 8am-5pm shift with one-hour lunch in Hendersonville, TN
- Proficient with technology including Google Workspace and Slack
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Must be punctual and a team player
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College education and degree preferred
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
- Ability to learn Salesforce or other CRM software
- Great communicator who is outgoing, compassionate and empathetic to seniors and families
- Creative problem solver able to maintain compliance with financial and lending practices
- Coachable and able to follow instructions
- Ability to maintain a personal loan pipeline while originating new applications
Job Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach from inbound inquiries
- Use empathy and skillset to qualify and prioritize potential leads, ensuring they align with company goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with processing and underwriting to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and drive revenue growth
- Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, using SalesForce and our integrated sales process
- Communicate regularly with management on progress, opportunities, and challenges, and proactively seek feedback to improve performance continuously
- Actively listen and assess families' needs to recommend the best solutions
- Work exclusively for Elderlife unless approved by President
