Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work 8am-5pm shift with one-hour lunch in Hendersonville, TN
  • Proficient with technology including Google Workspace and Slack
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
  • Must be punctual and a team player

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College education and degree preferred
  • Proficient keyboarding skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
  • Ability to learn Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Great communicator who is outgoing, compassionate and empathetic to seniors and families
  • Creative problem solver able to maintain compliance with financial and lending practices
  • Coachable and able to follow instructions
  • Ability to maintain a personal loan pipeline while originating new applications

Job Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach from inbound inquiries
  • Use empathy and skillset to qualify and prioritize potential leads, ensuring they align with company goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with processing and underwriting to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and drive revenue growth
  • Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, using SalesForce and our integrated sales process
  • Communicate regularly with management on progress, opportunities, and challenges, and proactively seek feedback to improve performance continuously
  • Actively listen and assess families' needs to recommend the best solutions
  • Work exclusively for Elderlife unless approved by President
