Job Duties
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Listen, understand, and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests
- Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines

- Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings
