- explains the "why" behind company financing and transaction policies to customers
- complies with cash handling regulations, policies, and procedures
- ensures customer lines flow efficiently and approaches customers to assist them
- utilizes communication with different departments and resources to answer a wide variety of customer inquiries
- answers phone calls and responds to voicemails in a timely manner
