Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of professional office experience
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in person or by phone
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Ability to travel to conference including overnight stays
  • Ability to work more than 8 hours per day
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must live within commutable distance to Lawrence, KS headquarters

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in a professional office environment
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in person or phone
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Previous accounting or finance experience valued
  • Excellent phone customer service skills and demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

  • Process conference and trade show registrations for attendees and exhibitors prior to the event
  • Travel as a member of the on-site registration team
  • Generate and analyze reports using Excel
  • Conduct integrity reviews for data accuracy
  • Lead data entry and processing for Rounds 4 Research auction golf donations
  • Coordinate fulfillment, report generation, validation, and documentation for GCSAA chapters
  • Support financial and accounting projects
  • Provide customer service via call center phone coverage
