Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive finance or administrative roles preferred
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with dealership management software preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Qualifications

- Detail oriented with excellent organizational habits
- Customer focused and able to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced dealership setting
- Experience with CDK, VinSolutions, or similar systems preferred but not required
- Previous dealership or administrative experience is a plus
- Professional appearance, reliability, and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare delivery paperwork and review deal files for accuracy
- Coordinate timing between the sales and finance departments
- Walk customers through final documents in a clear and friendly manner
- Verify payoffs, insurance details, and required signatures
- Provide updates to customers and team members regarding deal status
- Manage the reception desk and assist with guest check in when needed
- Fill in for the main receptionist as required
- Support finance managers with deal setup, scanning, and administrative tasks
- Assist with cancellations, chargebacks, and document corrections
- Maintain organized deal files and a clean work area
- Help with contract and title tracking to support timely funding
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
