Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree GED
- One year of related experience or training
- Previous experience operating Krones can filling machines or similar packaging machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations using whole numbers common fractions proportions and decimals
- Ability to lift and or move up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand walk bend twist reach climb stoop kneel and perform repetitive hand movements
- Good close vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Effective communication skills and ability to notify management about potential food safety issues

- Ability to perform basic math operations including addition subtraction multiplication and division

- Knowledge of food safety protocols and commitment to upholding hygiene standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Set up the Krones can filling machine for production runs including configuring settings such as can size filling volume and product type
- Ensure the machine is clean and sanitized before initiating production
- Monitor the can filling machine during production to ensure proper operation
- Load cans into the machine oversee the filling sealing and labeling processes and adjust as needed to maintain consistent product quality
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure filled cans meet required standards including visual inspections measuring fill levels and checking for proper sealing
- Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or issues making minor adjustments performing basic maintenance tasks or contacting maintenance personnel for more complex repairs
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the can filling machine ensuring proper sanitation and conducting preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records documenting production quantities machine settings quality control checks and maintenance activities
