Job Requirements

Extensive experience as a pilot or WSO in fighter/attack roles with knowledge of 4th or 5th generation high-performance fighter aircraft
Demonstrated expertise in pilot training, tactics development, and evaluation of training effectiveness
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively across multiple functional areas and diverse personnel
Flexibility to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%-50% of the time
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Willingness to work 100% onsite at designated Boeing locations
Drug-free workplace compliance

Job Qualifications

Extensive experience as a pilot or WSO in fighter/attack roles with knowledge of 4th or 5th generation high-performance fighter aircraft
Proven expertise in pilot training, tactics development, and evaluation of training program effectiveness
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functional areas
Demonstrated ability to lead the design and delivery of complex aircrew training solutions and courseware development
Familiarity with flight instruction techniques and assessment methodologies including experience as SUPT or IFF instructor pilot
Knowledge of crew resource management, flight planning, and industry regulations with advanced aviation skills
Experience in course development including syllabus creation, lesson plans, and multimedia resources
Relevant degree or equivalent specialized training and professional experience

Job Duties

Act as a subject matter expert in fighter/attack pilot training and tactics development focusing on 4th and 5th generation high-performance aircraft
Design, develop, and deliver technical learning solutions tailored for aircrew training requirements
Develop and maintain courseware and training content aligned with complex aircrew learning objectives and customer needs
Instruct advanced pilot training courses and evaluate program effectiveness using customer feedback and operational data
Develop CONOPS/Mission Assurance plans and deliver pilot simulator verification/test using Boeing Full Mission Simulators (FMS)
Operate the Instructor Operating Station (IOS) to execute approved training syllabi
Support military pilots in maintaining qualification levels through upgrade and tactics training within Boeing training systems
Implement and support Boeing initiatives, programs, and policies to maintain training excellence and compliance
Adhere to site security and access control procedures in accordance with Boeing and customer requirements
Ensure proper handling and sanitization of classified media and training materials per Boeing and customer security protocols
Collaborate closely with Boeing training teams and customer representatives at training sites to meet training objectives
Maintain appropriate security clearances as required by Boeing and customer programs
