Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of janitorial supervisor experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage large teams
- Capability to perform basic administrative duties
- Availability to work overnight shift from 10 pm to 6:30 am
- Ability to patrol and stand for extended periods

- Good communication skills both written and verbal
Job Duties
- Assist with the training of the cleaning team
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
- Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
- Report work orders for maintenance
- Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Manager
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- Complete order forms accurately
- Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
- Manage daily employee lunches and breaks
- Maintain daily shift report for managers
- Perform basic administrative, payroll and attendance functions as required
- Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels
- Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks
- Ensure that shift schedules are complete a week in advance
- Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered
- Accommodate increased or decreased client staffing requests
- Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
