Job Requirements
- Two-year technical college degree or equivalent
- Completion of LEAD - Field Specialist Development Program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with others in field environments
- Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions and field locations as required
- Flexibility to work extended hours and rotational schedules based on operational demands
Job Qualifications
- Two-year technical college degree or equivalent preferred
- Completion of the LEAD - Field Specialist Development Program
- Strong knowledge of HS&E requirements and compliance processes
- Basic understanding of oilfield industry and related operational procedures
- Familiarity with product line tools, systems, and services
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in team environments and under varying outdoor conditions
Job Duties
- Apply general knowledge of operational processes and basic business principles to support field service activities
- Assist with job execution using foundational understanding of chemistry, materials, process flows, and petroleum engineering concepts
- Perform field duties safely and efficiently in alignment with company procedures, product line requirements, and HS&E guidelines
- Operate and support the use of field tools, equipment, and systems as directed
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customer representatives to coordinate job tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Complete job-related documentation accurately, including service reports and compliance paperwork
- Participate in troubleshooting and support operational problem resolution under supervision
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement across field activities
