Job Requirements

  • Two-year technical college degree or equivalent
  • Completion of LEAD - Field Specialist Development Program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others in field environments
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions and field locations as required
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and rotational schedules based on operational demands

Job Qualifications

  • Two-year technical college degree or equivalent preferred
  • Completion of the LEAD - Field Specialist Development Program
  • Strong knowledge of HS&E requirements and compliance processes
  • Basic understanding of oilfield industry and related operational procedures
  • Familiarity with product line tools, systems, and services
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in team environments and under varying outdoor conditions

Job Duties

  • Apply general knowledge of operational processes and basic business principles to support field service activities
  • Assist with job execution using foundational understanding of chemistry, materials, process flows, and petroleum engineering concepts
  • Perform field duties safely and efficiently in alignment with company procedures, product line requirements, and HS&E guidelines
  • Operate and support the use of field tools, equipment, and systems as directed
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customer representatives to coordinate job tasks and ensure smooth operations
  • Complete job-related documentation accurately, including service reports and compliance paperwork
  • Participate in troubleshooting and support operational problem resolution under supervision
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement across field activities
