Job Requirements
- Technical degree preferred and/or relevant military training
- other backgrounds welcome with relevant work history
- be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand, lift, stretch, bend, and squat throughout the day
- must be comfortable with day travel and frequent overnight travel
- reside in the US

Job Duties
- Create and grow multiple aspects of our business through supporting regional and company goals
- improve customer satisfaction by delivering the highest customer service in our industry
- identify, own, and track any issues with an account according to call escalation procedure to reach resolution
- receive and utilize highly advanced technical training at customer accounts daily
- manage a customer account in its entirety, determining how Videojet can increase value by offering other services
- support the team by traveling from Chicago to points east to provide additional coverage for short term gaps
