Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs
- Full body mobility and safe operation in various environments

- Strong telephone communication skills

- Successful completion of federal background investigation for security access
Job Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or related trade certification in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems
- Strong communication and customer focus skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn specialized software
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Compliance with TSA background checks for Sensitive Security Information access
- Ability to operate carts, hoists, cranes, and other heavy equipment
Job Duties
- Troubleshoots, services, and repairs Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray and Cargo Inspection equipment at customer sites
- Installs and deploys detection equipment
- Maintains accurate field service logs and organizes job files until completion
- Responds to emergency and non-scheduled service calls within established response times
- Conducts follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction of work performed
- Orders, installs, and manages repair parts inventory
- Maintains technical certifications and participates in service sales initiatives
