Job Requirements

  • Must live within 1 hour of a major or regional airport
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Experience in mechanical assembly, field service, or equipment commissioning
  • Familiarity with industrial controls including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and relays
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in the field
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in mechanical assembly, field service, or equipment commissioning

Job Duties

  • Assist with mechanical installation and start-up of new systems at customer sites
  • Conduct equipment commissioning, calibration, and functional testing
  • Troubleshoot and debug industrial control systems including sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and related components
  • Respond to field service calls and resolve technical issues on-site
  • Perform preventive maintenance, system audits, and support upgrade projects
  • Interface directly with customers, providing technical guidance and training as needed
  • Work closely with project management and engineering to ensure successful installs
  • Document service activities and maintain detailed reports
  • Travel up to 75 percent domestically with occasional international opportunities
