Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or technical field or equivalent experience
- Experience solving complex technical problems
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to learn industry and company technologies quickly
- Results-oriented mindset with proactive approach to issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen and physical examination
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record

Job Duties
- Conduct routine service visits and testing to ensure effective food safety programs within the food and beverage industry
- Manage and develop Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Other Process Clean (OPC) programs
- Work flexible hours including nights and weekends to support cleaning operations and maintenance schedules
- Operate safely in industrial plant environments adhering to company and OSHA safety standards
- Update databases with service visit information and generate weekly reports
- Troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites and coordinate corrective plans with sales account managers
- Identify and assist with growth opportunities at existing and prospective customer accounts
- Assist with data analysis on program performance
- Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of chemical feed and monitoring equipment
- Participate in technical training sessions for skill advancement
