Job Requirements
- Technical or engineering degree or airframe and power-plant (A&P) license or equivalent license from other country regulatory agency such as EASA B1/B2
- 3+ years of experience understanding and communicating technical issues
- 3+ years of experience navigating aircraft maintenance documents (AMM, IPC, MPD, SRM, WDM etc.)
- Ability to obtain a valid travel passport
- Ability to travel internationally up to 75%
- Must be willing to be on call 24x7 as required
- Willingness to work extended and variable hours
- Willingness to travel for repeated short-term assignments both foreign and domestic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience in customer support or related aviation roles preferred
Job Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience understanding and communicating technical issues
- 3+ years of experience navigating aircraft maintenance documents such as AMM, IPC, MPD, SRM, WDM
- Ability to obtain a valid travel passport
- Ability to travel internationally up to 75%
- Proven critical thinking and communication skills
- 5+ years of related work experience preferred
- 5+ years experience with 737, 777 or 787 operations, systems, avionics, engineering or flight test preferred
- Experience coordinating technical solutions for airline customers preferred
- Familiarity with 737, 777, 787 or other airplane models, systems, aircraft ramp environment and troubleshooting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Use multi-disciplined technical expertise and company knowledge to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high level of aircraft dispatch reliability and proficiency
- investigate product problems, determine cause, and develop and implement corrective action
- Understand customer expectations and assist the customer in interpreting and using support data and documents
- provide technical on-the-job training of aircraft systems and Boeing products and services
- Act as the on-site liaison between The Boeing Company and customer personnel of widely varying backgrounds
- Work unsupervised for extended periods of time in diverse cultural and economic environments
- Provide technical and operational product data to Boeing organizations
- Travel extensively including multiple or continuous short-term assignments
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and customers
- Be available on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week as required
- Accept assignments ranging from 30-90 days based primarily in Seattle, WA
- Support 737MAX, 777X, or 787 Entry Into Service teams contingent on model-based experience and business needs
