Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • minimum 2 years of operational experience in field service coordination or related role
  • bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and work order management systems
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • valid driver's license with travel availability within assigned market
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with teams and vendors
  • proactive problem-solving abilities
  • high level of professionalism and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 2 years of experience in field service coordination, operations, or project support
  • strong communication skills in English
  • bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with work order management systems is a plus
  • ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • vendor management experience is beneficial
  • reliable and professional with strong accountability
  • valid driver's license with ability to travel within assigned market

Job Duties

  • Coordinate field operations by managing service schedules, job assignments, and communication
  • support project execution by collaborating with field managers and vendors
  • manage vendor relationships by sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining partners
  • track work orders and project documentation using Salesforce
  • assist with quality control and follow-up processes
  • serve as liaison between clients, field teams, vendors, and internal departments
  • help resolve operational challenges to ensure project timelines are met
