Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum 2 years of operational experience in field service coordination or related role
- bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and work order management systems
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- valid driver's license with travel availability within assigned market
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively with teams and vendors
- proactive problem-solving abilities
- high level of professionalism and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 2 years of experience in field service coordination, operations, or project support
- strong communication skills in English
- bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with work order management systems is a plus
- ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- vendor management experience is beneficial
- reliable and professional with strong accountability
- valid driver's license with ability to travel within assigned market
Job Duties
- Coordinate field operations by managing service schedules, job assignments, and communication
- support project execution by collaborating with field managers and vendors
- manage vendor relationships by sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining partners
- track work orders and project documentation using Salesforce
- assist with quality control and follow-up processes
- serve as liaison between clients, field teams, vendors, and internal departments
- help resolve operational challenges to ensure project timelines are met
