Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service preferred
  • ability to stand and move quickly for entire shift
  • capability to work under all weather conditions
  • availability for part-time, seasonal work including nights and weekends
  • must maintain excellent attendance

Job Qualifications

  • ability to build relationships with diverse guests
  • good time management skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • preferred server experience
  • possession or ability to obtain valid Oregon food handler’s permit and OLCC license

Job Duties

  • Serve food and beverage items to field seat guests
  • ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently provided
  • build relationships with internal and external guests
  • maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
  • uphold safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • complete assigned shift work timely and thoroughly
  • stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift under all weather conditions
