Job Requirements
- 2+ years of college education or relevant military training
- 5+ years experience in utility, construction, or mining equipment related technology or 10+ years with relevant equipment technology experience
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to travel overnight periodically
- willingness to comply with background check, employment physical, and drug screen
- proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and CAD software
- positive and proactive personality
- prior repair or maintenance shop management experience preferred

- 2+ years of college and 5+ years of utility, construction, or mining equipment related technology experience with Topcon, Trimble, or Leica or 10+ years of experience in the same
- relative 2-year college degree or military training program
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot preferred
- prior industry repair or maintenance shop management experience preferred
- mid-level computer experience including MS Office, CRM, and CAD
- able to travel overnight periodically
- must pass background check, employment physical, and drug screen
Job Duties
- Strategically prospect customers to grow revenues of equipment related technologies including standalone training, smart construction solutions, aftermarket, and parts and services
- conduct presentations or live demonstrations with Machine Sales Representatives to solve customer frustrations and provide satisfactory ROI
- generate professional proposals with accurate equipment configurations
- cultivate trust and rapport through effective communication to identify customer challenges
- assist in developing and marketing PECO Product Support Programs
- coordinate customer installation, calibration, and rental check-in/out processes
- perform new machine/system/solution deliveries, walk-arounds, and product familiarization training
- develop and perform after-sale classroom and field training sessions
- monitor status, health, and utilization of customers equipment related technology fleet
- take ownership of customer issues and follow up through closure
- provide phone support as needed
- develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of equipment technologies and competitor offerings
- implement solutions to unique customer initiatives using emerging technologies
- assist in technical guidance of internal Machine Control Technicians
- set and monitor professional goals
- compile data and reports on customer trends and market dynamics
- maintain accurate records in CRM
- participate in company meetings and industry events
- comply with laws, policies, and business ethics codes
- perform other assigned duties
