Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year in food and/or beverage industry, with selling and merchandising experience at store level
  • Experience in DSD (Direct Store Delivery) distribution networks preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must have smartphone to use for daily routing
  • Continued access to personal vehicle that can transport up to 20 sample cases (12 count case of 16oz cans)
  • High school diploma or the equivalent required
  • Strong relationship building skills

Job Duties

  • Work with store owners and store decision makers to secure and maintain new distribution of Gorilla Energy in assigned market area territories
  • Reset shelves to cut in samples of Gorilla Energy
  • Place point of sale (POS) material including shelf tags, brand awareness and displays
  • Educate store owners on how to order products from Gorilla Energy DSD partners
  • Educate store decision makers on Gorilla Energy brand and benefits
  • Attend team meetings as directed by your manager, usually through team calls
  • Use Gorilla Customer Management App on your phone, to route, schedule, and plan your day/week
  • Review Gorilla app reporting to track progress and follow up on DSD ordering gaps
  • Proactively share best practices and competitor insights with team members
  • Provide feedback on continuous improvement in ways of working
