Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in written and spoken English
- basic math skills
- basic skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- minimum one year of experience in KeHE operations or a related sales field
- valid driver’s license
- maintain a driving record that meets company standards
- reliable transportation
- maintain automobile liability coverage adequate to meet financial responsibility laws
- ability to work five days a week with early start times
- ability to travel intrastate and interstate including overnight as needed
- ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 10 to 20 pounds frequently
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- compliance with company grooming, hygiene, and dress code
- good time management and organizational skills
- ability to communicate effectively and apply product knowledge
- ability to follow safety protocols
- ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties
- Engage in product sales and promotional sales through service visits at customer sites
- merchandise product displays to attract sales at customer stores and secondary locations
- transport product from storage areas to customer shelves or displays
- maintain product quality by rotating products and checking code dates
- conduct inventory counts and reconcile orders for customer accounts
- create and transmit customer credits for spoiled or returned goods
- create and transmit product replenishment orders and related paperwork on time
- provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies
- reset merchandise displays to enhance product visibility
- maintain fixture cleanliness to support sales
- communicate product discrepancies and customer issues with warehouse and district managers
- plan and execute daily schedules covering assigned customer locations
- coordinate merchandising needs and customer requirements with team members
- operate electronic devices for communication and order transmission
- travel by motor vehicle to customer locations across assigned territory
- attend scheduled trainings and meetings
- maintain a clean work environment, including picking up trash and cleaning spills
- perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives
