Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • two years of professional experience
  • one year in sales or client-facing roles
  • comfort with fieldwork and travel up to 75%
  • experience in primary care or concierge medicine
  • background in new service or practice launches
  • familiarity with CRM or project tracking systems

  • self-driven and goal-oriented with accountability for KPIs

Job Duties

  • educate and convert patients by communicating MDVIP's personalized care value proposition, achieve ≥30% engagement-to-enrollment conversion rate
  • drive weekly sign-up velocity to meet or exceed full panel acquisition by day 120
  • deliver physician and staff onboarding ensuring full understanding and advocacy of the MDVIP model
  • own and execute detailed launch plans with precision, escalate risks and ensure timely completion of each milestone
  • host in-person enrollment events and deliver outbound calling campaigns to boost engagement and conversions
