Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent
- two years of professional experience
- one year in sales or client-facing roles
- comfort with fieldwork and travel up to 75%
- experience in primary care or concierge medicine
- background in new service or practice launches
- familiarity with CRM or project tracking systems

Job Duties
- educate and convert patients by communicating MDVIP's personalized care value proposition, achieve ≥30% engagement-to-enrollment conversion rate
- drive weekly sign-up velocity to meet or exceed full panel acquisition by day 120
- deliver physician and staff onboarding ensuring full understanding and advocacy of the MDVIP model
- own and execute detailed launch plans with precision, escalate risks and ensure timely completion of each milestone
- host in-person enrollment events and deliver outbound calling campaigns to boost engagement and conversions
